We have been targeting markets where we feel there is a lower barrier to entry that still have tremendous growth upside. San Antonio, Nashville, and Tampa all fit those profiles. This project is the first of hopefully many that will allow us to add A-class product to the portfolio at a competitive cost basis that we believe makes sense given our risk based approach to investing. Equity partners will have a chance to either cash out at stabilization or stay in the deal for long term cash flow.
